訂的雙床寫的一張1.8米，一張1.2米，適合4人入住，入住的時候是兩張1.2米床。房間跟圖片也是毫不相關。對於兩大一小出行，一小睡覺還很不老實的情況來説，挺難。客服小夥子態度很好，過來幫忙把兩張床拼一起了，是解決問題的態度，阿姨態度一般，聽説我們還沒吃晚飯，居然囑咐我點外賣別弄到被子上，要不是床不對勁，我們早就出去吃晚飯了，根本沒必要拖到那麼晚……一開始説拼一起給鋪個床笠，在我的要求下給拿了被子鋪下面，但是，床墊中間和床墊邊邊的軟度肯定是不一樣的，這一宿挨着那打把勢的孩子，也確實挺難睡的。衞生情況面上看還行，床底下打掃不到也正常，這一挪床灰就出來了，衞生間地面有不少腳印。安靜倒是還行，窗子對着河。夜裡有蚊子，被咬了5個蚊子包……如果沒有這麼多插曲的話，這民宿的位置還行，離科技館走路十分鐘吧，樓下也有便利店，走幾分鐘有好幾家飯店。看到什麼寫什麼，中肯的評價寫在這裏，店家趕緊把有問題的部分改了吧……

跟照片一點關係沒有 隔音一點都不好 屋裡濕氣大 廁所反味兒 不隔音到樓下掃地都能聽到 床單有明顯污漬 信不信的 親身體會就知道嘍！ （訂了房間就不能退了 非常不方便 本人臨時有事改簽票沒法入住 商家不退 跟平台客服溝通了五個小時 最終在不入住❌的情況下 收取一定費用 不退全款）

衞生還不錯
房間挺大的
還有冰箱洗衣機
最大的缺點就是交通不方便
去地鐵站有一段距離
共享單車附近沒有停車點
住渾南就是交通不方便
適合最後一天旅行第二天趕飛機的住

距離遼寧博物館的地鐵站有一點遠，大約兩公里，但公寓很好找，而且很新，裡面乾淨衛生設備幾乎都是新品，有洗衣脫水機，有沖水洗屁股的先這樣馬桶，也就是說設備跟房子都很新，老闆的服務也很及時回應
附近吃的餐廳也有很多選擇，而且就在西側喜來登酒店的對面，距離非常的近，有機會再造訪瀋陽，一定在入住
因為距離市中心比較遠所以相對房租蠻便宜的，性價比很高

房間不錯，訂的 loft 一樓，提前給開了空調，上下都有衞生間，東西準備很齊全，樓下是梳化床挺好的，地鐵口騎車 5 分鐘，不建議走，有點累，主要離省博都近，門口有超市，早餐店東西一般
