週末中午入住房間，竟然還在裝修鑽孔，好在聯繫了前台很快解決了。晚上回來已經比較晚了，發現房間盥洗盆壞了漏了巨大一片水，前台妹妹很快來吸水拖地，一直弄到了凌晨一點多。前台值班妹妹很好很盡責，主動作為告知第二天會聯繫經理處理，但漏水本身極度影響住客休息。維修人員來看了説沒問題走了，並表示這不是第一次了。實際情況就是並未解決，後面在持續漏水，根本就不是沒關緊，就是相關接口有問題，盥洗盆也沒辦法用放不出來熱水。半夜沒有多的房間了，我也不可能凌晨出去找住的，就這樣勉強住了一晚。第二天經理竟然説打九折賠償，就是這樣打發住客的？？態度也生硬極差全程冷臉，揚言並沒有影響我住宿並且我也繼續住了？？？？？是經理應該説出來的話嗎？噢經理冷臉也情有可原，因為另外兩位住客報警了，警察在現場協調住客解決。選擇這家酒店的慎住吧，管理極其混亂，建議早點更換管理人員，本來很輕鬆能解決的小問題非要弄得很麻煩，直接損失倒是摳到了，但不知道給酒店帶來了多少更多間接損失。

這次入住體驗非常滿意！從到店開始，前台工作人員的服務態度就非常熱情周到，辦理入住手續高效又貼心，酒店的位置也十分便利，交通方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站，出行非常省心。房間的環境和衞生都很好，打掃得非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，用品齊全，入住起來非常安心。整體裝修簡約大方，氛圍温馨，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。無論是出差還是旅遊都非常推薦這家酒店，下次來還會選擇這裏，性價比真的很高！

房間空間挺大的，該有的設施服務都有的，也乾淨。地理位置不錯市中心區域離2號線市圖書館站近，去機場也不用轉乘。我個人比較喜歡這個區，很多高層建築。這家酒店相比隔壁的其他品牌酒店更實惠，但是如果追求更好的品牌酒店服務可以看看那兩家
