首先，房間與圖片不符，其次去入住之前打電話確實是否需要按金跟我説不需要，結果我辦完入住拿鑰匙跟我説要按金20！請問住哪個酒店也好，旅店也好，需要自己房間房卡或鑰匙不是理所應當的嗎？如果開始就告訴我需要20住宿按金，我認為合理！啥也不説！下面的圖片前兩張是訂房頁面顯示的房間照片和房間設施！後面照片是入住的房間！最可氣的是兩個人給了一條單人被，另外一個人沒被蓋！還有我定的大床房住兩個人有問題嗎？？還需要被你店家質問？！

環境太差 與平台房間圖片特別不符 老闆人態度太差 避雷吧 別去他家 全老爺們住 衞生極差 房間都一股酸味 太噁心 被單全是頭髮 房間空調有蜘蛛網 房間牆壁都掉沒了 晚上噪音可大了
