The environment is good, the bathroom environment is also very good
It’s incredible that at this price, we can live directly opposite Shenyang Station. Breakfast is also very good, the rice porridge is particularly delicious and the rice quality is very good. 酒店緊鄰地鐵站，在大堂即可觀賞正對面的瀋陽站夜景，步行幾分鐘即是太原路商區……這位置，也太給力了啊！👍🏻工作人員熱忱周到，還贈了奉天特產伴手禮，也太貼心了啊！🌹酒店本身是百年歷史的民國文物，裝飾路線是華美而典雅的民國風，還可穿戴使用酒店準備的旗袍服飾道具實景拍照，享受一回時空的穿越，也太快樂了啊！😊欣賞酒店的外觀、大堂、走廊、房間，就是一種回味歷史、品讀藝術的精神享受，也太難忘了啊！❤️

飯店在火車站對面，因一早的火車選擇了這家飯店，也是慕名民國風情的老酒店，想體驗一下。門廳部分有一些民國風情的裝修裝飾。前台小姐姐服務親切，為了省錢，我選擇了現代樓，恕我直言現代樓條件差一點，房間小，裝修也簡單，與招待所無異，椅子的外套有點臟，洗的不夠勤快，心裏有點失落。早餐還行，就是牙簽肉吃着像豆腐，不知是牙簽豆腐？還是肉做的好，嫩的像豆腐一樣？退房時前台小姐姐還送了一包奶糖，很好吃。本想扣2星，改為1個吧。

第二次來這裏住宿了，這次是從瀋陽站下的車，東廣場對面就是酒店，地理位置十分優越。工作人員的態度也特別好，還送了入住和離店禮物。早餐也不錯，可以現煮麪條。之後再來沈時還會入住這裏。

位置好，就在瀋陽站對面，一出站就能看到。離地鐵站一分鐘步行距離。後面就是太原街，離沃爾瑪萬達廣場步行五分鐘。文物樓非常好拍，有旋轉樓梯和電梯，前台工作人員都非常熱情友好，離開時還送了瀋陽特產不老林哈。房間很乾凈，民國風裝修，有冰箱，一次性洗漱用品齊全，一次性拖鞋很厚實，牙刷和牙膏都很好用。外賣可以送上樓，好方便。窗户外面是個停車場，很安靜。下次來瀋陽還會選擇這家，性價比超高

住在文物樓想當有年代感，非常喜歡這樣的氣氛，地理位置很好，房間基本都很乾淨，附近店家很多，買東西吃喝都方便，但在房間有看到蟑螂，然後美中不足的是，鏈鎖壞掉，跟前台反應，他們說每間房間都壞掉的（獨旅所以比較介意）

這個飯店原為奉天鐵路事務所的舊址。始建於1912年，它是一座磚混結構的歐式建築。走進酒店大堂，你會被那華麗的吊燈和旋轉的樓梯所吸引，如同進入時空隧道，使人們穿越到民國時期。
飯店就在火車站斜對面，地理環境絕對優越。乘坐公交車也很方便。
