Metro Line 2 is just a few minutes' walk away. It's convenient to the Forbidden City, Liaobo Railway Station and there are many places to eat in the surrounding area. 現在的萬豪真的不如當年了，第一次過敏如此嚴重，以前總覺得萬豪和香格里拉是相同級別，入住是一件有面子的事，但現在的對比真的是差太多了，服務，衞生均存在很大差距，可能我的認知還存在在以前萬豪輝煌的時候吧，這次真的是太生氣了，住了之後就過敏，提出減免房費，報銷醫葯費也變成了無理取鬧了，現今的醫療手段確實無法證明在酒店過敏，我也沒有精力和酒店扯皮了，發一下我的入住時間和就診病情記錄吧，為以後大家入住作為參考，很失望的一次體驗，尤其有小孩兒的大家多注意吧，可能明天還得去打針。感謝攜程客服的理解與權益的爭取，東北，加油吧，別寒了大家的心。

位置很好，位於渾河旁邊，這條街都是高檔酒店，新世界、希爾頓、威斯汀等，旁邊就是盛京大劇院。從外地來下了高速很快就到了。出門打車方便，旁邊一條小街很多美食。
設施，酒店裝修富麗堂皇，房間很復古，唯一不足的是衞生間沒有排風。
服務不錯，替顧客着想。早餐品種比較多，只是108的餐標稍微貴了。

房間是15年裝修的，稍有些陳舊感。但是，酒店的服務絕對到位。接送機是奔馳200，駕駛員白襯衫***，儀式感很強，給我們留下很好的印象和受尊重的感覺。樓層主管董女士的服務更是主動又貼心，主動提供空氣凈化器，每天送上新鮮的水果和晚睡點心，不厭其煩地詢問我們的需求，提供幫助。前台劉經理也是在房間電視機有故障後主動幫忙更換房間，總之是我們的入住體驗很好。

先説酒店的設施，房間裏有兩張1.8米的床很適合我們二胎的家庭，一家四口住的正好。套房的設計讓兩個孩子不互相打擾。
最後感謝酒店的賓客關係主任何詩雯 wency，我們退房的第二天突然發現孩子的電話手錶找不到了，通過定位我們發現手錶還在酒店的位置沒有移動，我們此時已經離開瀋陽了，不能直接到酒店，衹好通過wency讓她幫忙聯繫一下看看酒店能不能幫忙在房間裏找一下，wency那天正好休息，但是她也熱情的幫我們聯繫客房部，最後客房主管幫我們找到了，真的是很感謝🙏，此次出行感受到了瀋陽人的熱情和酒店五星級的服務
