第一次來瀋陽，陪客户出差開會，首先地理位置很優越，離瀋陽站很近，離中街什麼景點也都不遠
早餐也挺好的，種類相對比較豐富，可能趕上開大會，會場人超級多
雖然酒店年代感比較強，但是維護的還不錯，還是比較方便的，性價比拉滿

服務：服務非常好👍
提早到賓館了不知道有沒有空房，前台態度很好的給了我們房間。身體原因一不小心把床單弄臟了，也很快幫我們更換了。辦公桌的燈有些頻閃，本來想多要個枱燈，沒想到很快來幫我們把燈修好了。下次還訂👍
設施：房間隔音很好👍
食物：餐廳好吃，調味比外面普通東北菜館都要剋制，水平很高👍

帶娃入住，地理位置可以，服務態度很好，做到了5星級酒店的服務標準：入住前聯繫，詢問需求，提前佈置房間，安排小童用品。房間非常乾淨，在許多星級酒店都套垃圾袋節約清掃成本的時候，它還在堅持五星級的清潔標準，確實難得。床品質量水準上乘，枕頭都是羽絨的，沒有絲綿記憶棉這種東西。游泳池配備。唯一不足就是電梯井噪音，酒店6部電梯同時運營，靠近高層噪音大，影響睡眠。我們是半夜換房，即使換房也是可以聽到聲音，睡眠敏感人員不友好，服務人員對噪音問題處理已經駕輕就熟了，可見相關投訴很頻繁了。另外，早餐價高且不在房間價格裏，美中不足。

酒店位於瀋陽火車站附近，步行15分鐘，周邊商業豐富；房間比較寬敞，乾淨整潔；早晨也比較豐富；酒店到周邊景點故宮和大帥府打車15分鐘左右，還是比較便捷的！由於酒店在瀋陽老城區，上下車周邊比較擁擠，可以看看怎麼改善一下！

房間乾淨衞生，不算大，設施略顯過時，床很舒服，羽絨被羽絨枕頭，睡的很好，客房服務也很好，游泳池很棒，關鍵人少，還有一個熱水温泉泡池和桑拿房，早餐中規中矩，如果單獨加錢買個人覺得不合適，重點是地點超級棒，性價比高，太原街地鐵站很近，到哪裡都快捷，周圍商場飯館都方便，還是不錯的。

必須5星推薦，酒店位置距離太原街一步之遙，距離地鐵站咫尺之間，交通便利出行方便，周邊吃飯逛街一站式滿足。酒店服務百分百點贊，感謝8月16日中午的工作人員，特別是前台的一位女士，非常抱歉沒能記住您的名字。酒店早餐非常非常豐富，色香味俱全且口味正宗。健身房寬敞明亮，設施齊全。房間設施豪華，雖略微顯舊，但絲毫不影響其豪華和功能性，不過部分沙發用品還是建議商家定期清洗計劃再仔細一點，同時房間佈置可以再優化一點，比如家庭套房的床位擺放，雖然理解現在的擺放理念，但是建議可以把部分房間調整到大小床同時擺放到卧室，恢復客廳功能。另外，酒店6樓的唐宮餐廳的菜品和服務也非常棒。七星推薦，到瀋陽的首選酒店。

親子出行，房型全家一致非常滿意，兩室兩衞，一個大的會客廳，安靜，私密性很好，八樓的泳池旁邊還有個温泉池，健身房也是免費的。更衣室還有個小汗蒸房。早餐也非常豐富，酒店富麗堂皇，非常好找。因為是中轉衹倉促停留了一天，全家一致表示沒住夠，根本住不夠，下次來瀋陽必住北約客。
