Shangri-La Shenyang

The hotel's bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent. The duty manager at the front desk, Wang Xiaoru, was very considerate and responsible from booking to check-out, a special thanks to her. The view outside the window was great, and the overall stay experience was very good. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety of unique options! The park and shopping mall are right downstairs, making it very convenient for shopping and walks!

The breakfast at Shangri-La is superb and delicious. The staff, both ladies and gentlemen, are all very polite and always have a lovely smile. The lobby's decor is elegant and grand, with beautiful and charming fresh flowers, which creates a wonderful ambiance.

The experience at Shangri-La Hotel Shenyang was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. It's incredibly convenient with Kerry Parkside and MixC just next door. A special thanks to Kitty from Guest Relations for her warm and attentive service and prompt responses. Her professionalism and kindness were evident throughout my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! Kitty at check-in was incredibly warm and attentive. She was polite and gentle, thoroughly explaining all the hotel facilities and service procedures. She even gave us thoughtful tips for getting around and dining. Her professional yet personable service made us feel so welcome, truly like a home away from home. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with excellent attention to detail in their service. Fantastic value for money, definitely five-star recommended!!!

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

The service was great, especially at the restaurant. A teppanyaki chef, in particular, deserves high praise. He made breakfast for my child a few times, which made my child very happy, and even gave us a cake. Overall, the staff were proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The facilities are a bit old, and the room size isn't big, but the environment is nice, and the night view is beautiful. The location is also convenient, with several shopping malls nearby.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the service hotline was answered promptly. Hygiene: Excellent environment, with a wardrobe and various complimentary amenities. Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

This was my second stay, and once again, the service and environment were excellent. It's very clean, the bedding is super comfortable, and it offers great value for money. This will be my top choice for future visits. Special thanks to Ellie for her service!
