I have stayed in this hotel three times. This is my first time writing a review, so I'll write more.
First, let me talk about what I am satisfied with. 1⃣️The mattress and pillow are very comfortable. The mattress is the kind that you feel like you are sinking into when you lie on it, but it is also supportive. The pillow is also very comfortable. 2⃣️I travel alone so I pay more attention to safety issues. There is a safety lock on the door. Takeaways cannot be delivered to the upper floors, but the security uncle will deliver them. You need to swipe the elevator card to go to these two floors. 3⃣️I like the hair dryer very much. 4⃣️The floor is high and the sunset is especially beautiful. Lying on the tatami in the room alone and looking at the scenery outside the building, it feels like you can overlook half of Shenyang.
Let me talk about some things that I am not satisfied with, think can be improved, or even things that I cannot understand or tolerate. 1⃣️When I stayed here for the first time, I suddenly had an idea and asked if there would be any discounts if I booked the room directly offline. They said they could give me the lowest price on the platform (at that time I wanted to ask what the difference was between that and the platform, but that’s not the point). At that time, they recommended me a room without windows, which would be cheaper, but the room was full of smoke. At that time, they comforted me and told me that I could just open the door and it would be fine. In fact, I couldn’t fall asleep until three in the morning. I felt that the smoke had seeped in. Because there were no windows, I could only open the door, but there was no fresh air from outside in the corridor. So if you choose this hotel and are sensitive to smells, you must choose a room with windows, and don’t choose a room with windows in the corridor. 2⃣️About hygiene. At that time, I liked the mattress of this hotel very much, so I immediately booked a room with window to continue staying the next day. At that time, we chose a tatami room with a view. I have to say that the sunset that day was really very beautiful. Although the direction I was facing was not good and there was only the afterglow of the sun, it was quiet and beautiful enough. Then I would like to say that I am really not very satisfied with the hygiene. There was dust, large pieces of dandruff, and even some hair around the tatami, so I immediately called the housekeeping to help me clean it. I was thinking if I could just mop it thoroughly or something, but it seemed like she just took a rag and wiped it, and it wasn't very clean. It seemed like they didn't have any special tools. After they wiped it with great difficulty, I felt embarrassed and didn't know what to say. Finally, he left his cleaning gloves in my room. This is also my third stay today. There was a drop of something on the table where the reading light was, and there was a strange yellow puddle on the floor where the shower was. By the way, I suggest you change to a disposable toilet seat. It is really difficult to use. Slippers are also difficult to wear 3⃣️About service. I felt the service was very good during my first two stays. The room environment on the first day made me feel very uncomfortable, but they kept helping me find solutions. In the end, they even gave me a humidifier, opened the door for me, and kept an eye on me. So I chose to stay the next day. The service on the second day was also pretty good, but this time it gave me a feeling of something very different. I feel like they are always arguing and questioning instead of trying to solve the problem or soothe your emotions. This time when I booked the room, I said I wanted a non-smoking room when I screened my preferences, and I also mentioned it when I checked in, please give me a room without the smell of smoke. The attitude of the front desk at that time was that there was a smell of cigarettes? Not sure, but it should be put away during the day, right? Then they gave me a card directly, and when I went upstairs and entered the door, I smelled some smoke. I couldn't tell if it was the smoke or some other smell that was a little unbearable to me. Then I communicated with the front desk and asked if I could change the room? The housekeeping staff's response was that there was nothing and they couldn't smell it. I said that I really smelled it when I first entered the room, but he just refuted it and said that he couldn't smell it. Finally, I was given another room. When I went to the previous room to get my luggage, I could still smell the smell because I entered the room from the outside. I said, that's the smell. You can feel it. You can smell it when you come in from the outside. He would just say no, he couldn't smell anything. The room felt very cold as soon as I entered, probably because no one had lived there in the past few days. There was also a strong fragrance. After opening the window for a while, it felt better, but it was still cold. And there is a smell when the air conditioner is turned on, but fortunately it is better than the first room, and I learned my lesson and did not book a room without windows. Then there's the 11 o'clock bell the next day. A reminder to those who choose to stay in this hotel in the future. They will call your bedside phone at 11am every morning to ask if you want to extend your stay and remind you of your check-out time. I was scared by this thing today because I slept quite late yesterday and haven't gotten up yet today. At that time, I hadn't gotten up yet and hadn't turned on the lights, so I had no idea where to turn it off. I just waited for it to keep ringing, and it kept ringing, and it kept ringing until it hung up. I called the front desk to ask what was going on, and they told me that they all did this. I said no one ever told me, no one ever informed me, I was scared to death. She told me unhappily that it has always been like this and that all hotels are like this. I'm sorry, maybe I'm too ignorant. This is the first time someone called me at 11 o'clock with such a shrill ringtone, asking me if I wanted to extend my stay and reminding me of the check-out time. When I checked in the night before, I had already confirmed my check-out time, and I redeemed the late check-out service myself with points from Ctrip. How could I not know this? Then it was almost time to check out, around one o'clock. I was washing up at the time and didn't receive their call. Then someone knocked on the door and asked me about check-out. My friend, it was not even 2 o'clock yet. What does it mean to keep urging me? I don't know I have to check out, do I? I had already confirmed it myself the day before, and you scared me again this morning. I just haven't finished packing yet, and it's not time to check out yet. You guys are really funny. When I checked in for the second time, there was no vacant room because the previous resident refused to check out. Why didn't you solve this problem then? . 4⃣️Regarding the sound insulation, I feel that the sound insulation seems to be better than the previous two times I came, but if there is laughter in other rooms, it can be heard. And I don't know if it's a problem with the bed board, the floor, or the building, but when you lie on your side, the noises from other rooms can be heard through your bone conduction and your ear bones. Around one or two o'clock in the middle of the night, I heard someone hammering something in some room, it was quite magical. . But this is relatively acceptable, because I stayed in a hotel with worse sound insulation next. Ha ha. Yes, I was originally wondering whether to extend my stay because my trip was not well planned. But after what happened today, I completely gave up the idea of extending my stay. As for the breakfast, I was staying alone when I checked in, but the room I booked came with two free breakfasts. At that time, I heard a person at the front desk saying something about two copies, but for one person, and then asked her to explain it to the other person. I was thinking, who are you saying this to? Are you saying it to me? I don’t know, there is no follow-up. Anyway, in the end our breakfast ended because we didn't get up.
Anyway, the first two times I stayed here were because I was in a hurry. I don't have time to write a review, but every time I stay here, I do recommend your hotel to many of my friends from other provinces. I told them that if they come to Shenyang, they must stay here. Compared to other hotels with aging facilities, they are already pretty good. But I still encountered some unhappy things. And I didn’t expect that your rating has reached 4.7 now. When I first stayed here, two months ago, it still had a 5.0 rating with zero negative reviews. As a result, if the filtering condition is now 4.8, your home will no longer be seen. It's also a bit sad.
Overall, there is still room for improvement, but at a price of just over 200 and in this geographical location, I think this hotel is above average. But if you want to make your guests feel really at home. There is still progress. I hope you will get better and better and live up to my recommendation of this place to so many friends from other provinces.
