優點：價格經濟，位置不錯，就在建大東門，設施齊全，坐地鐵周邊吃飯都很方便。
缺點：衞生間有點漏水、床單不乾淨，2點以後入住我理解，但應提供基本的行李寄存服務（即使是自己租的/買的房子改的民宿也應提供，比如放自己家裡先，而不是跟客人開口就是加錢辦入住放行李，這是做這行的基本行業準則）
望改進服務，祝生意興隆。
