房間非常乾淨整齊，這點這家做的相當棒，不僅僅是床品這種第一眼看過去的地方很乾凈，屋內的櫃子書架枱麪這些見細節的地方都非常乾淨，可見衞生做的非常認真，非常贊~
設施很齊全，屋內空間也非常大，空調製冷效果很好，床墊很舒服。
樓下兩步路就是地鐵站，來旅遊的話這一點通勤非常方便。離遼大小東門很近，我是學校沒空調太熱了待不了出來住的，咱學校有類似需求的同學可以放心來，相當方便~
而且老闆人非常好！老闆很熱情，而且有情況隨時就能溝通上。

房間非常乾淨整潔 而且還很寬敞。每個細節都很到位。床上用品特別乾淨。枕頭芯都雪白。房東阿姨很温柔。樓下就是地鐵口。 公交車很多。 屋裡的設施齊全 嘎嘎好用。住了三天很舒心。

床品乾淨柔軟，床墊不軟不硬剛剛好房間設計很有氛圍，燈光可以調節，空調靜音且製冷快，睡得很舒服。酒店在商圈附近，步行5分鐘就有便利店和餐廳，外賣選擇多，半夜想吃宵夜也很方便

必須狠狠給個五星！一進房間，那乾淨整潔程度簡直驚艷到我，每個角落都一塵不染，住得太舒心啦！老闆更是沒得説，熱情周到得沒話説，就像家人一樣貼心！地理位置更是絕了，樓下就是地鐵口，交通便利到爆！周邊好玩的景點豐富得超乎想象，方特樂園、海藍星、清河半島，隨便一個都超好玩。而且坐地鐵去中街衹要30分鐘，這地段簡直無敵！來這兒就對了，下次我還毫不猶豫選這兒！

必須給這家酒店五星好評！來這裏複試，入住體驗超乎預期！房間打掃得一塵不染，床品帶着陽光曬過的清新味道，洗手間連水漬都找不到，潔癖星人表示極度舒適！整個酒店設計簡約大氣，房間裏小綠蘿嘎嘎水靈，環境像回家一樣。
最驚喜的是地理位置絕佳！下樓就是熱鬧的美食街，小燒烤、東北大院、麻辣燙的香味勾得人走不動道，離地鐵賊近，可以直接坐地鐵到中街夜市，體驗了一把瀋陽地道的煙火氣。附近還有方特、清河半島、七星海世界可以玩！老闆超貼心，高速WiFi+隔音玻璃，100左右價位簡直物超所值！來瀋陽玩選這裏準沒錯，吃喝玩樂全搞定！

首次選擇公寓，是天藍色的小屋，佈置得非常温馨，還有白色紗簾，氛圍感拉滿。而且房間特別乾淨，住起來超舒服，老闆姐姐態度非常好，介紹這邊的好吃好玩的地方，樓下就是遼寧大學地鐵站A出口，公交車也很多，交通沒的説，如果有來遼寧大學蒲河校區考試的可以首先選擇，推薦大家咯！
