This place is amazing. I got a free upgrade to a suite, the housekeeper, Aunty Yan, was also amazing. As I caught a bug there, she made sure to give me a lot more bottled water everyday. Since I was barely eating and felt that the welcome biscuit was pretty good, she gave me a new pack almost daily.
Anyway, the hotel has got a very cosy feel and is really clean and tidy. Down side is that it is a little quiet. I highly recommend though. Breakfast spread had a pretty wide variety too.

Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods.
The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10!
Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

We loved staying here. We were here two different times during our two week trip. The second check in, we were upgraded to a bigger/smarter room. We loved the location the amenities, and service. While smoking is permitted, it was not a strong smell.

Great location and got robot to deliver your deliveries. However the floor in the room is not that clean. Got 4 bottles of water provided in the room but 1 of it is already opened and drank when we check in…

We had the comfort family room and it had plenty of room for our family of 4. Everyone got their own bed which was great. There was two showers and one toilet in the room. The mini bar was free, so we enjoyed the drinks. If you order take away it gets brought up to you by one of the robots, and you will receive a call when it is at your door. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is first class.
Breakfast is served on level two and provided decent spread of food for the price.
The hotel entry was a little hard to find, so that could be improved. However, all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Shenyang.

I chose Hauser when I came to Shenyang.

📍The hotel is a five-minute walk from Yingpan Street subway station and very close to Hunnan Wanda Plaza. It is also very convenient to go to the Forbidden City, Zhongjie and other attractions. You can get there by subway🛬
