This stay gave me a brand new experience. The housekeeper service, laundry service, midnight snack service, rich breakfast, and coffee and tea are all available. Atour Hotel has reached a new level. I like it very much. I will choose it often in the future. Especially late check-out, adding quilts, shoes, etc. are all available on call. The location is also good, next to the high-speed rail station, and the subway station can be reached within 200 meters, which is convenient for travel.

I stayed in the family room on the 14th floor yesterday. The cleaning lady had a great service attitude. She even washed our towels after we put them in the laundry basket. She was so considerate.

This is my fourth time staying at Atour, in different cities. But the service, room facilities, and room hygiene are all the same. This time I booked a suite, and there was a little problem because there was a restaurant upstairs from 9:30 to 11 pm, so it was quite noisy. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and they upgraded us to a wooden suite. I am very satisfied with the result. When I checked out, they also brought snacks for the children, which was very heartwarming.
