酒店環境巨差，牆是發黴且泡水掉皮的，窗户是用膠帶粘的一打開差點掉下來的，地上是全是水的，屋子裡一進來是一股子捂囊味的，半夜睡覺是有水不停滴下來的嚇死個人。並且非常不講理，第二天考試前一天打電話讓你退房説沒房間了，我請問沒房間你酒店方是如何確認的？瘋狂漲價（之前100二十分鐘後257哈哈哈哈哈）圈錢沒圈夠想勸退一批重新漲價，一年就等着這兩天圈點錢唄。提醒各位如果訂房被打電話通知沒房直接打官方電話投訴，官方會給你解決房間問題，衹要酒店確認訂單就一定是有房的，莫名其妙告訴你沒房他就需要三倍賠償。態度還賊不好，告訴你沒房間了你不退來了也沒得住，那我請問為什麼投訴完了就有房了？可別被他騙了，直接投訴就完事了，指定是有房。

之前住過幾次了，感覺還可以，但這次入住體驗特別不好。首先，從入住到離店一直停水，沒辦法洗漱，上廁所也是問題，入住之前就停水了，和我同時辦理入住的，所有人入住時不告知，發現無水後問詢酒店人員，一副不是我的原因，不關我事的態度，一點沒有為住客着急着想的行為和意思意思。其次，一般酒店都有二瓶免費提供的礦泉水，但該酒店卻在水瓶附近放置一個提示牌，上面寫着礦泉水三元一瓶，方便麪五元一盒，你説這個水是不是免費，反正我訂的三個房間都沒敢用（也是因為我們自己有水）。再次，我住的房間電視電話網絡都不好使，找人來調答應來也一直沒來人。還有酒店人員服務態度不是很好，根本挨不上熱情的邊。
