房間和圖片一致 ，裝修風格很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生very乾淨 ,入住放心，周邊交通出行方便 。隔音好 ，空調涼爽，有一整晚都睡得很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿

很少差評，但是這個例外，潮濕還有味道，第一圖，窗户沒有紗窗，有安全隱患不説還進蚊蟲。第二三四五圖，設施老破，燈泡壞了一半也不修換，桌布煙頭燙的一大洞也對付用着，牆皮脱落，洗手間味道嗆人，買個防味地漏換上破不了產。第六圖，大蚊子在等着吃大餐，咬了兩個包和老闆要蚊香，説沒有。我錯了，原來瀋陽人民不怕蚊子第七圖，我受不了了，晚上10點半自己下樓買一個蚊香，不就20多塊錢嗎，我出！第八圖老闆的温馨對話第九圖蚊子

來瀋陽出差訂的民宿，店家是個高個子的帥小夥[色]，人很熱情由於到店較晚老闆下樓接的並將周邊環境很詳細的介紹了一下，樓下24小時超市還有一個水果店，店裡麪賣什麼都有很方便。據老闆説二樓還有一個兩千平的棋牌會館和酒吧，後院有停車場，房間很乾凈衞生間沒有異味門鎖是密碼鎖，走廊乾淨明亮一

房間很乾凈沒有異味，電梯刷卡，電子門鎖很安全樓內也很安靜。樓下就是超市買東西很方便一樓入户大堂很漂亮，一樓有保安大爺。外賣不能送上樓，出門在外安全很主要。下次還會選這裏。

酒店位置很好，樓下就是生鮮超市，近地鐵口，萬象滙商場。內部環境乾淨，一樓設有保安。老闆服務很好。以後來就住這了！

初到瀋陽，抱着離出差單位近的選擇了這家，感覺很不錯，不管是地理位置，還是內部裝修，以及提供的服務，還有室內物品都很滿意，本人雖然有點小小環境衞生的潔癖，不過來到這完全沒有體會到，忙碌了一天，沖個熱水澡實在是太舒服了，雖然要離開了大瀋陽了，不過下次來，我還是要選擇這家，下次再見

總體還可以吧，就是我覺得工作人員有待提高，再入住之前自己確認過入住時間了，結果到了還等了一個多小時才進去的，本來坐車已經很累了，也已經提前告知了入住的時間，結果還要等……然後工作人員我覺得也有待提高，當然一分價錢一分貨，我就是如實的分享我的住宿體驗，衞生條件還可以。
