I booked a triple room with my family at this hotel. There were three 1.2-meter beds. The room was very spacious and large, probably about 45 square meters. The room was on the 10th floor and there was a window with a wide view outside. The TV in the room could also project the screen. The hot water supply was also very good and always available. Check-in was fast and the service was good. There was also a sofa, table, and coffee table in the room, which was very convenient and complete. There were disposable slippers, toothbrushes, towels, etc. They also told me the password for the wireless network. The deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs by himself and needed to go to the front desk to find someone to swipe the card. It was safer and more reliable.

Staying at this Hauser hotel on a business trip was a pleasant surprise. Originally it was quite late, so I made a casual reservation without any expectations. It is said that the hotel's mineral water is provided in unlimited quantities. Although I can't drink so much by myself, I have to say that this is really more humane. Everything in the room is provided free of charge, no consumables, free coffee and tea bags, and equipped with chargers, which is very convenient. Moreover, the quality of various facilities is very good, not cheap, even the disposable slippers are thick-soled. One day after I checked in, I was particularly impressed by the two girls at the front desk, Xiao En and Nana. Their smiles were friendly, they were warm and generous, and they were responsive to requests. They patiently introduced customers to nearby places to eat, drink and have fun. They would say hello with a smile every time they passed by, which really brought great benefits to customers. I am in a good mood and praise the hotel for having such employees. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. I would almost choose this hotel again if I have the next time.

The front desk service attitude is very good, and the facilities are quite new. There are two shortcomings: 1. The sound insulation is not good, and the sound from the corridor is clearly heard. 2. The cleaning needs to be improved. There were long hairs on the towels before, but I didn't take pictures. I woke up early and saw that there were too many hairs at the foot of the bed!

I asked the waiter that this place is in the center of Sujiatun. I will definitely book with them next time I come here for business!

The room was very clean, with windows, air conditioning, very clean, facilities were very complete, next to the alley, very quiet, there was a big fruit shop downstairs, very close to the examination room, it was very convenient to order takeaway, breakfast options were many, very delicious.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, the room area is large enough, the facilities are complete, and the service is also good - especially as soon as we entered the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared fruits for us, which was awesome!
