I've book 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. The location is very good which between several malls and restaurants. However the facilities need to be improved. One of the room has not good smell, i need to required to change. Hope Atour will improve. But The reception attitude was good and enthusiastic. Beside hotel provided free ricesoup and dessert at night which was delicious. Basically i and my family has a good time in atour.

I came back from Australia to Guangming District to work. I thought about being closer to the place of work, so I was cheated by another chain hotel that was praised. I didn’t sleep badly all night. The next day, the living person died and ran away to find Atour S. It was actually a bit broken. Meet a young lady who seems to be a Pieson? The service attitude is very good, I have been smiling and talking to me, I upgraded the room and the room is very clean and quiet, I especially like my room, the takeaway is very safe for the robot to deliver, the facilities in the room are also very new, the quilt and pillows are very comfortable, the room manager responds quickly, The cleaning lady is also very good. When I left the store today, I bought an Atour pillow. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. The surrounding people were very quiet but in fact, it was very convenient to take a taxi. It was not very traffic jam. I was really satisfied. I will support Atour in the future. 👌

The young women at the reception were simply wonderful. They welcomed us with hot tea and every time we returned to the hotel they greeted us with a cup of tea or honey water. It was the nicest hotel service we have ever had in our entire lives. The hotel is very well located (next to the Tencent building). The room was super clean (like new), very warm (with the ability to adjust the temperature but the windows do not open). Huge TV, a fridge refilled daily (Coca-Cola, green and black tea with honey). Bottled water is not only left for guests in the rooms, but also by the elevator. The gym and laundry (free of charge) are open 24 hours a day. The laundry is equipped with washing machines with automatic detergent dosing. The breakfast was good, mainly Chinese. In the evening, from 9.30, there is a free light meal for guests in the hotel restaurant. There is a 7-eleven store in the same building.
