Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Shenzhen

This was my first stay at Crowne Plaza Suites Shenzhen Futian, and I was met by the incredibly warm and helpful Amy Wong at reception. She thoughtfully arranged a comfortable room for my mother and me and patiently provided information about the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's location is excellent, with a compact commercial area nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel's interior environment is classically elegant, offering a striking contrast to the surrounding area – it felt like stepping into two different eras, a truly unique experience, and great for photos. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the indoor heated pool was very comfortable and unaffected by the typhoon. The Western restaurant's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh, delicious, and nutritious ingredients. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, pristine white, and impeccably clean throughout. The high-floor room offered expansive views and a serene, comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Shenzhen Crowne Plaza Hotel really lives up to its name. Service is professional and staff are generally helpful. Furniture and interior design looks dated or resemble the good old days, but nowhere near worn. Location is great, just opposite popular pubs, which is great for drinking and night life. Special thanks to Bruce Li, yes he’s Bruce Li, especially for your warm hospitality. Winnie? Wu, Leo Yang, Molly, Patrick and Cavan for their professionalism.

This hotel boasts a unique design aesthetic and an excellent location. It's spotlessly clean, and the environment is bright and inviting. Business travelers will particularly appreciate the convenient transportation, with the metro station right downstairs and a tech park just a stone's throw away. There are also plenty of nearby attractions; both Window of the World and Nantou Ancient City are within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally professional; when I requested a few bottles of water, they were promptly delivered to my room. Every service was meticulous and thoughtful, truly making me feel at home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal place to stay. I will definitely choose to stay at this Crowne Plaza hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

This Hotel is awesome! Just 20mins ride from Airport. The service is top notch, hotel staffs are professional and friendly. They gave me a free upgrade for my 2 nights stay and take the initiative to offer me late check out as my flight is at 10:30pm. The bed is really comfortable, bathtub is huge! Their room service staff is awesome and very efficient Order ******* and the robot will deliver your stuff! 🤩 Super convenient! I will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experienced!

I stayed here 8 years ago and recently returned for a business trip. The hotel is still very well maintained — clean, quiet, and professionally run. It helped reduce my travel fatigue a lot. -Room: Clean and comfortable - Pool: Great water quality - Gym: Spacious and well-equipped (but I didn’t get to use it this time) - Breakfast: Tasty and exceeded expectations Location: Convenient, though some nearby road construction required a short detour to get to restaurants There are many lamb skewer restaurants nearby, but I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.
