I arrived early, and the receptionist, Tom, kindly assisted with an early check-in and a room upgrade. He also arranged a late check-out. The room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. My compliments to Tom, Brook, and Yuki Alan; they were all incredibly kind and helpful. I will certainly visit again.

I am satisfied with the customer service, vibe, hardware and cleanliness during my stay. The front desk staff is professional, responsive and attentive. They make my stay easier. The self-serviced laundry room is a plus as they don't charge any penny for the usage. The breakfast is above average with many choices. There is a noodle bar where around eight choices are available, which surprised me. For the room, the cleanliness is above average and the hardware is well maintained. Suggestion: For getting into the lift, I would suggest giving a few more seconds before closing the door after someone came out. As an adult, I have to rush into the lift before the door closes. Also, please highly restrict any people smoking in the hotel as it is a major issue especially the smell in the room.

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. I like to review the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and specially the front staff was very polite and one of the front desk staff Antonio came out and did extra mile to help us to set up payment systems in China. Location of the hotel is near the metro station, very convenient to get around. Hotel room seems slightly dated but is clean and comfortable. Staff is also very nice to help us with our request for late check out. Overall would recommend others to stay here!

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

Great location, love the design of the room, very spacious with decent lighting. The toilet area was particularly well thought out, where you can enjoy a good bath while being able to watch the TV! Don’t see this often in hotels. Also shout out to the Curv Bar in the Lobby. The cocktails were well crafted with good balance. And great atmosphere!
