Front desk staff was very friendly to have upgraded our room! We had a comfy stay with a big room and there’s a balcony outside so we could enjoy some drinks outdoor. We went to the gym which has treadmill and some dumbbells. It provided towel and bottle water. The room service and room supplies were brought up by an automatic bot which is cute and easy to use. Overall, the experience is great and we will be back!

We stayed at this brand for many times, but this is the first time to stay at this location. Staff are helpful & considerate, especially when I was sick, they gave me a lot of support. & the front desk staff, Cindy always gave us the hand for assistance. Finally, we stayed three nights at this hotel. It is located at around 10min walk from Shenzhen University station, & about 10min walk to the nearby shopping mall. Just only the surrounding areas are having renovations.

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

Lino, Timmy, and Nora are lovely and helpful, and they're happy to help even if I neglected to pack the phone charger. The room is pleasant and clean, and it is extremely convenient in Futian port. They also provide free breakfast, which is truly outstanding service.

Because I have to go to the Haiya Grand Theater, it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. I like to choose big brand hotels and I am more confident. The front desk staff has a good attitude. The hotel is newly decorated. There are many check-in spots in the lobby. There is a self-service water bar. The cookies are delicious. There are also robots that deliver food to the room, which is very convenient. The breakfast restaurant is very comfortable, with fewer styles, but it is okay. The environment next to the hotel is relatively old, but it is inevitable. It is always an old district with history. All in all, satisfied.

The hotel environment is great, with new hardware facilities and excellent service. Diana, in particular, is very enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff are very considerate, delivering items promptly. It was a great stay, and I would definitely come back. The breakfast is very rich, with a buffet offering many options. I highly recommend it. Overall, I am very satisfied.
