The location is very good, there are shopping malls around, there are many restaurants. The exterior of the hotel building is a bit old, but the interior decoration of the hotel is generally good. There is only one elevator, which is shared with guests from other floor shops. The front desk staff are very polite. The difference between a big bed room and a superior big bed room should be just a window and no window. During the period, I changed rooms. The first room was very small (pictured 2-3), but it felt very warm and comfortable. I thought the size was okay, but I really couldn’t stand the air-conditioning on the bedside. The air-conditioning pipe was a lot of dust. Instantly ask the front desk if you can change the room, the front desk said that you can but wait for the room to be cleaned first. Changed a quite big room, it is also very comfortable (picture 4-5) The sound insulation is not very good, the neighbors close the door very loudly, even the window of my room has a slight oscillation @.@”

The room is very clean and tidy, with good sound insulation and good location. They can also help with receiving express delivery and printing. The service attitude is particularly good. It's a pity that breakfast is difficult to book and there are not many washing machines and dryers. But overall it is very comfortable. I strongly recommend it.

Good location, near the Metro station with lots of shops, restaurants and convenient stores. A large shopping mall and a pedestrian shopping street are also nearby. It's right in front of the park, the view on this side is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, but Chinese speaking only. The guest laundry including washing detergent is included. The WLAN is good to work comfortably on the desk in the room. The bedding is comparable, too.

I came to Shenzhen with my friends to visit. It was very convenient. It was just a short walk from Yuanling Metro Station Exit C. It is very convenient to wash clothes. It automatically adds laundry detergent and disinfectant. There is also an ironing machine, which saves the trouble of wrinkling clothes. The overall environment is ok. I will stay here again next time.
