I need to travel to Shenzhen North Railway Station, I booked a room for a night at this hotel. Their staff offered me to upgrade to a higher room with windows for free even though it is quite small and not inconvenient when you stay in this room. This hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to pick up their guests to or from Shenzhen North Railway Station. Appreciate it. But their location is not good enough, very hard to find restaurants for lunch or dinner. Fortunately, they have a Hunanese restaurant to serve you. I think their price is reasonable.

So friendly helpful front desk.. They helped me a lot for anything and everything. Washing clothes to buying Sim card to have data. I love them a lot specially ”May” who is so so kind. I really like them. I forgot others names but all team is good. Breakfast buffet is more like Chinese dinner. Don't expect much. But there are places you can have a nice meal around. Area: Locals are friendly too. Don't hesitate to ask anything from them they will help you.

The location is excellent, MTR and many bus routes just at the corner within 8 mins walk. A huge mall across the street will be opening very soon (May be in June 2025, better re-confirmed with hotel before). The staffs are very helpful and demonstrate the excellent services. The breakfast and bed are very good. The tiny Gym is well equiped and has a well ventilated air conditioning. You can get a 5* value with a 4* prices. The hotel facilities are new, the room is large enough, with a sofa, round table and chair, full marks for hygiene, and a smart toilet is a plus The breakfast area is spacious and bright. The food is not very varied but sufficient. It combines Chinese and Western cuisines and is delicious. It meets the standards of international brand hotels. The hotel is located more than ten minutes' walk from Fenghuang Station. It seems that there are no shops nearby, but in fact, it is less than two minutes' walk to the opposite side and there is a community with food and daily life shops. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Guangming District Finally, I would like to praise the breakfast waitress Duan Zhili (I think I remember her name correctly?) She was very polite and kind, and worked very hard. She is an excellent employee.

The air conditioning in the hotel is not cold enough. I wake up every night because of the heat. I don't need to cover myself with a blanket, so I have to open the window. The gym and breakfast are all in the hotel next door. The tour groups are very remote and everyone takes a taxi. Next to it is Happy Farm The Guangming Lake is right outside the window, with beautiful scenery, green mountain and lake views

Overall, it is nice and tidy. However, the free bottle water provided in the room was used not brand new, which is not acceptable. The room is spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is fair and food is not hot enough
