I need to travel to Shenzhen North Railway Station, I booked a room for a night at this hotel. Their staff offered me to upgrade to a higher room with windows for free even though it is quite small and not inconvenient when you stay in this room. This hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to pick up their guests to or from Shenzhen North Railway Station. Appreciate it. But their location is not good enough, very hard to find restaurants for lunch or dinner. Fortunately, they have a Hunanese restaurant to serve you. I think their price is reasonable.

So friendly helpful front desk.. They helped me a lot for anything and everything. Washing clothes to buying Sim card to have data. I love them a lot specially ”May” who is so so kind. I really like them. I forgot others names but all team is good. Breakfast buffet is more like Chinese dinner. Don't expect much. But there are places you can have a nice meal around. Area: Locals are friendly too. Don't hesitate to ask anything from them they will help you.

We had a warm welcome from the front desk, Vivian, who was very polite and friendly. She also was very kind to give us a free upgrade to a higher floor with a view. The room was clean and neat. The mattress was really comfortable, it gave us a really good sleep.

The hotel is newly opened. I originally booked a superior room. When I checked in, Rose at the front desk was very welcoming and helped me upgrade the room to a larger room with a 180-degree view for free. I felt so happy when I entered the room. There was even a small Study, I will definitely bring my tea set next time I come. Although it is newly opened, the room has no smell, which is unexpected. The hotel must have put a lot of effort in the early stage. The room is equipped with an electric toilet, which also adds some smart elements. The room has a large HD TV and you can watch movies on your phone wirelessly, which adds to the experience. I'm really interested in the hair dryer, it's so useful. The location of the hotel feels good. There are many listed companies around the hotel, and the Science and Technology Finance Building is just in front. You can walk to Blue Whale World Shopping Center for food and drink; Metro Line 6 is also close. It took 10 minutes from Gwangmyeong Station to the hotel. The distance is also OK. I recommend the breakfast. The waiters in the restaurant are quite enthusiastic, which is rare. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, but my favorite is a bowl of noodles. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel room is relatively spacious, and the decoration is in the usual holiday style. Breakfast and gym are shared in the hotel next door. Anyway, they are both in Tianan Yungu. The only drawback is that the temperature was cooling down at that time, and the room air conditioner cannot heat. Moreover, Ctrip provides breakfast. There is no negotiated price. It should be Ctrip's problem. Alice at the hotel front desk was very helpful when checking in and checking out.

Overall, it is nice and tidy. However, the free bottle water provided in the room was used not brand new, which is not acceptable. The room is spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is fair and food is not hot enough
