The room facilities were great and very clean, and the service staff were also very attentive, even arranging a late check-out for me. Downstairs is Shuicun Night Market, with lots of delicious food. The only minor drawback was the construction noise from the opposite site in the morning.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and even offers a late-night snack. It's spacious and bright, and the service is superb.

The room is quite spacious for a business hotel, and the breakfast spread is generous. They don't charge extra for the laundry room, and the location is excellent. Overall, it's a really great hotel, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Traveling with my child during the National Day holiday, as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, there was a National Day 'confession wall' for photos, which created a great festive atmosphere. The front desk staff even gave us two National Day gifts, including a fridge magnet and other small items – a wonderful start indeed! ^_^ The hotel's breakfast was very generous, and the service was excellent. I borrowed nail clippers and a charging cable. When I left, I accidentally left a skirt behind, and they even helped mail it back to me. While these are small details, they truly made me feel the spirit of 'Once you're here, you're a Shenzhener.' Thank you again; my stay was very pleasant!

Conveniently located, with three subway entrances right outside the lobby. The rooms are clean, breakfast is plentiful, and the night view is unbeatable. There's even a late-night snack service. If you're feeling energetic, the subway can take you anywhere you want to go. If not, you can relax in your room and enjoy the beautiful CBD views, with robot delivery service and an open laundry room.

The room was very spacious, and the hygiene was excellent and clean. The view from the window was absolutely stunning; you could see skyscrapers just by opening the curtains. The hotel also provided supper coupons, and the supper was extensive, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is very close to Futian High-Speed Railway Station, the subway station, and Futian Port, making it very convenient to go to Hong Kong. This hotel is really great!

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the room was bright and clean, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The location is absolutely fantastic, with so many dining options right nearby. The value for money is exceptional! The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi; for some reason, my phone and tablet couldn't connect, although my husband's phone and laptop worked fine. Overall, I am extremely satisfied – ten thousand times over!

The hotel is very close to the subway, and the breakfast is clean, hygienic, and delicious. Getting around the area is very convenient; nothing is far away. It's also very close to Futian High-Speed Railway Station, and there's no traffic congestion.
