The room is good and clean and the service is nice. Close to the metro station, but the environment around the building is not good, lots of weird people.

When I return to Shenzhen, I am always happy to stay here. The landlord is nice. The checkin is always fast and easy via WeChat. My cats were allowed to live in there with me and felt very comfortable.The housemaid even cleaned the cat litter box when I went on a business trip. The metro stop with two big lines are right around the corner, the Covid test station is in front of the house every day. It’s very convenient. Really great value!

Great service, I was able to leave my suitcases after check out, the location is next to the Science Museum metro and allows you to travel quickly to any point in the city, the apartment needs updating but it has a good quality/price ratio.
Nearby park where you can play sports or walk.

The smell of sewerage in the bathroom is simply unbearable. The room smells like smoke and sewerage. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will give it a zero score.

The location of the hotel is okay. It's relatively close to the subway station. It takes about five minutes to walk there. However, there is no TV in the room, and there is no advance explanation in the app. After arriving, the hotel customer service replied that there were no other rooms, or they could not cancel the stay, and Not many people watch TV these days, which feels a bit irresponsible.
