A clean and modern hotel with smart rooms. We had fun interacting with the “robot”, Xiaojun. Location’s perfect - less than 5 minutes walk away from the metro station and a short walk to the bustling Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Hotel staff are warm and friendly. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Shenzhen ahain.

Super new rooms and facilities. Even have voice control for curtains, lighting and TV.
Breakfast is not too many choices but still worth the money. Service in the breakfast cooking for noodle and congee is a remarkable staff, very prompt and gentle, even can remember whose who when multiple orders are handled.

Everything is good with the hotel with free laundry and high-tech equipment. It was spacious, with daily free drinks of vitamins and bottled water.
The only thing I would like to highlight is that the taxi drop-off and pick-up location was not very convenient as we needed to be at a very dangerous junction to board our car. But if you are travelling by walking of cuz it would not be a problem at all.

Love it this hotel, provide smart system in the room. Very comfortable night, we are enjoying the one night staying. Only entertainment are not many supported due to no Cantonese version. We enjoy a nice coffee in the morning.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and modern amenities. ESPECIALLY water pressure is very strong 👍.Nearby got a lot of food and restaurants.

Location is very good. But the steps infront n behind the hotel is not convenient for old folks. We are travelling with 2 old folks . The bed a bit low and the board below the mattress is a hazard at nite. Good for travellers below 60 years old.
Staff are friendly. Free laundry service on the 13th floor. Like the voice controll “小君小君” service. Overall experience is great.
