Returning trip to CYBO Shenzhen Hotel ，Room is clean and comfortable .Close to DongMen Business District, surrounded area with convenience store , fruit stall, restaurant , Public Transport . Room with IOT system, which is can control lighting, temperature, and entertainment systems via Launchpad or voice commands, creating a tailored and comfortable stay.
That is the main thing I want to highlight, Many appreciate to Front Desk Managers ( Roy ). She handled my booking and arrange priority early check in for me , without her assist my trip is incomplete

First time booking a stay at this hotel and I must say I was very impressed! The overall experience was great, from the smooth checkin to the comfortable beds and amenities provided, very value for money! Location was within walking distance to Lao Jie and other food areas. Will never go hungry staying at Cybo! Cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Self service laundry services are available too which was very convenient! Will totally come back to stay again. 💯

Back a 2nd time, great stay! Very convenient location, walking distance to dongmen shopping street, metro station located right at the entrance. Lots of food options around. Free laundry and gym, just that rooms to laundry/gym/breakfast floor need to climb stairs. Room is a little small but good enough for 2. Room and toilet are all clean.

Convenient location, short walk from Hubei metro station. Accommodating staff and allowed check in when rooms were available. Helpful when you arrive on an early morning flight.
Breakfast was within expectation, clean environment, good coffee.

A clean and modern hotel with smart rooms. We had fun interacting with the “robot”, Xiaojun. Location’s perfect - less than 5 minutes walk away from the metro station and a short walk to the bustling Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Hotel staff are warm and friendly. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Shenzhen ahain.

Super new rooms and facilities. Even have voice control for curtains, lighting and TV.
Breakfast is not too many choices but still worth the money. Service in the breakfast cooking for noodle and congee is a remarkable staff, very prompt and gentle, even can remember whose who when multiple orders are handled.
