I lied a lot and the check-in experience was very poor. No matter who is on duty, the fault of your colleagues has nothing to do with you. The service attitude is poor. I was speechless. I didn't get a good rest. The room I changed to was worse than the previous room. The bed was uncomfortable and the quilt was still damp. It was obvious that the room had been downgraded. No apology was given. However, Ctrip's online customer service attitude was better.

The room has air conditioning, refrigerator and washing machine. The bed is also very clean. The location is easy to find.
