An excellent stay at this brand new hotel. The buffet dinner was top level. A lot of dishes and variety. A good range of French pastries for dessert and a soufflé delivered to your table.
The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. I’d like to come back in summer to try the pool.

Pretty bad first impression when service wasn’t the best at a 5-star hotel during check in service as staff had an attitude and not helpful. Checked into room that and smelt like cigarette. Experience was salvaged by other staffs who were then really helpful after changing our rooms (though to a lower level 😒). Experience was the best after checking out from the 礼宾部 when I had to deliver my luggage to another hotel, they have been the most helpful and patient in assisting me. Thank you to the team!

Bought staycation package. Very good dinner buffet selections with snow, crab, legs, and steak 🦀🐄. Unique decorations in lobby. Swimming pool is quite small. Good breakfast selection. Quite far away from Hong Kong Shenzhen border, around 40 minutes by taxi 🚕.

Location is not close any major public transportation. So it can be difficult to reach unless you plan to use taxi. But on the upside, it's located in a quiet residential neighborhood. So. It's perfect if you're looking for a staycation or rest.
The hotel is very new, modern and well-decorated. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. We found buffet dinner and breakfast are decent, great in quality especially the seafood but not mind-blowing.
Overall, extremely happy with our stay.

Unbelievable stay at Le Meridien Hotel at Shen Zhen Bao An.
The room I booked was upgraded and is absolutely and unbelievably humongous.
Without a doubt one of the best room I ever stayed.
What a pleasant stay. Will definitely return in future.

A new and trendy hotel with modern design. The staff were friendly, and the service was good as expected. Location is the only issue as it is a bit far away from the city centre. Not many restuarants and shops can be found in the vicinity of the hotel. Overal, it is a decent choice for this price range.
