I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. Here are some highlights
The hotel is conveniently located near major transport links, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was a definite plus.
The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. It featured modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and a nice view of the city skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected without any issues.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception was always ready to help with any inquiries or requests.
The hotel offers a range of facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant. I enjoyed breakfast, which had a decent variety of options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes.

While the hotel is very nice and the room is great, both rooms had bad insonorization and we barely slept. My favourite thing of the hotel were the showers.
