民宿在西涌2號海灘，周邊和樓下景色不錯，晚上可以在樓下吃點小零食喝點小酒，也可以在附近吃到燒烤和海鮮粥。對面是暗夜天文館，親子游是不錯的選擇。早起拉開窗簾窗户可以直接看到朝霞。

酒店離沙灘很近，步行很近就能到入口處，沙子細軟得像麪粉，光腳踩上去完全不硌腳。娃一到就直奔沙灘挖沙子，追海浪，海邊時還能趕小螃蟹，撿貝殼，畫畫全程興奮得停不下來。傍晚在沙灘散步看日落，海風拂面，隨手拍都是氛圍感大片，根本不用修圖 。

入住體驗差，避雷！
本次入住兩天一晚，體驗完全達不到基礎住宿標準，問題集中在設施缺失與服務被動兩方面，具體如下：
1. 基礎用品嚴重不足：入住時房間內無毛巾、浴巾，也沒有飲用水，所有必需品都需要主動微信聯繫工作人員後才送上門，完全沒有主動檢查補全的意識，剛入住就給人極差的第一印象。
2. 隔音效果形同虛設：夜間能清晰聽到隔壁沖馬桶的聲音，早上七八點更被走廊噪音吵醒——小孩在走廊瘋狂跑動，家長不僅不制止，還在後麪大聲喧嘩，房間門下面有很大的縫隙，根本起不到隔音作用，嚴重影響休息。
3. 服務被動且缺乏責任心：晚上使用洗衣房烘乾衣服，準備取件時才發現洗衣房貼了維修標識。主動微信聯繫後，管家才出麪處理；但此前洗衣房維修時，酒店既沒有主動聯繫住客確認是否有衣物在烘乾機內，也未提前告知維修情況並提供替代方案，全程需要住客追着解決問題，服務極其被動。
整體而言，這次入住完全沒有感受到酒店的基礎服務保障，既影響休息又耗費精力，不推薦選擇！

窗户外面景色超級好，雖然沒有電梯，但是會有工作人員幫忙提上去，酒店有餐廳，點餐能直接送上來，很方便，外婆菜煎雞蛋炒雞好吃。房間很大睡得也很好很舒服，在桔釣沙那邊訂了一個民宿，有些小，早知道直接兩晚都訂這裏的，這裏離桔釣沙打車也就三十來分鐘。非常好！

酒店就在暗夜天文館旁邊，可以在天台上觀星和拍攝，就是我們想要的。
酒店設施乾淨舒服，因為住樓頂，熱水儲水罐用起來會有點響，還好晚上沒有人太晚洗澡

雖然受颱風影響不能愉快的沙灘玩耍，
但還是被前台小哥哥小姐姐温暖到了，

這次入住體驗超出預期的驚喜。從踏入大堂開始，工作人員熱情的問候就讓人倍感親切，辦理入住的效率也很高，幾乎沒有等待時間。房間的設計簡約又不失格調，乾淨整潔的環境讓人瞬間放鬆下來。床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。浴室的熱水供應充足穩定，洗漱用品的品質也很不錯。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，種類豐富，食材新鮮，尤其是現做的麪食，味道十分地道。地理位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，無論是出行還是購物都很方便。退房時工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，讓人感受到貼心的服務。整體來説，這是一次非常滿意的住宿經歷，性價比很高

酒店很新，裝修得不錯！服務也很好，樓梯房，前台小哥哥會主動幫忙搬行李上樓。下次如果去西涌的話還會住那裡，入住體驗還不錯，大家可以放心入住。
