這家酒店高大上，走進大廳寬敞明亮，到房間衞生乾淨整潔，老闆娘服務態度真好，離地鐵站很近，購物方便，還幫我們免費升級看電影，太開心了，必須五星好評！下次還會再來！

原來訂的房間説沒有廁所，衹能上公共廁所，讓加30元給升級房型，換的262房間窗户有一半在牆外邊，根本關不嚴，雖然現在不是很冷，但是晚上涼風使勁往裡灌，剛好吹着頭，這種感覺你們知道吧，連窗簾都是濕的能拎出水來。空調衹有冷風沒有熱風，浴巾都沒敢用。老闆收10元按金，説要好評才能退，不給好評不退按金，還給了好評模板。就這房間和態度，不退就不退吧

為了省點錢，我訂了這家酒店62元的特價房，專門坐了6站地鐵過去。到了酒店，前台阿姨告訴我，特價房“沒水沒電”，根本沒法住。我問她怎麼辦，她居然直接説：“要不加20塊升級個房間吧。”
我覺得很不合理，特價房有問題還掛出來賣，這不是坑人嗎？雖然很生氣，但想着麻煩懶得折騰了，就住了一晚。
第二天退房時，去退按金又出了事。前台告訴我“沒有你的按金記錄”，讓我找昨天收按金的人退。最後按金總算退了，但讓我氣憤的是，前台直接從按金里扣了20塊升級房間的錢！問題是，這不是我的問題，房間有問題是酒店的責任，憑什麼讓我多掏錢？
這次住宿體驗從入住到退房都讓我感到被套路了，服務態度差、管理混亂，還推卸責任，強烈不推薦！我以後絕對不會再來了，希望大家也別踩坑。

賓館距離龍華地鐵口蠻近的，房間應該都在2樓，需要步梯上去，行李如果比較重就不太方便，給我的是一個沒有窗户的房間，沒有異味，房間蠻乾淨的，但隔音不太好，可以聽見其它房間的打呼嚕聲、洗澡聲音
