All the employees especially the young man with the employee ID009 are very friendly and helpful. The room and the environment are very clean. We really enjoyed staying here.

Had a great stay in Vienna. The room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The key is that the service is very good. Especially the cute guy with glasses at the front desk, very welcoming and patient. When I checked out, I found the paperwork at the front desk, he was very good at helping to print and nail it. Must praise 👍🏻👍🏻 for giving me a nice stay, I like it so much

It was bae great if they added bread and butter for foreigners to the breakfast menu. The view was beautiful. The service is excellent. The staff understands a little English.

This place was just ok. It was a bit tired. Windows were dirty and left open without screens so a few mosquitoes. I was on o no smoking floor, but once I left the elevator to the floor found a door open with a group smoking. Typical of hotels and restaurants in china --- rules against smoking are not enforced. It did feel safe and breakfast was good enough.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. However, the hair dryer was broken and when we called the front desk, no one answered the call.

Came to Shenzhen 🏙️ for a concert, chose Vienna Hotel and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean, hygienic, and the service was good. It was also close to the high-speed rail station. There was a snack street nearby, so it was convenient to eat. The guy at the front desk was very professional!
