Very excellent experience here, location is good, many restaurants nearby, service is excellenet, and the view is amazing

Do not recommend at whatever price point. It's not worth it. First of all, the room smells. The pipe was old and haven't been cleaned. The room is filled with smells of old dirty pipe. I was promised with a bathtub in the room, but the bathtub drain was broken. I can never filled it up with water up to 2 cm. While this is one of the selling point of this hotel. It was not delivered. No point of visiting this hotel. When I call the front desk to express the problem with the room. They only offered me a giant plastic bag as a bathtub cover to prevent the water from draining. As we can imagine, even if I used the cover, it will not be a comfortable experience. Also, the speedy response on the plastic bag showed that the hotel knew the bathtub is broken all along, yet selling the room to customer. Very disappointed.

Good service, delivery can send directly to hotel room with robot, convenient location. Only improvement is breakfast, not enough labour to serve & clean, no forks to eat, only chopsticks. Food average, but given its free breakfast, acceptable.

Good Hotel for Families We had a delightful stay at this 3-star hotel, which truly treated us like we were in a 5-star establishment. Although communication was a bit challenging when we tried to explain our needs to the front desk, the staff were exceptionally helpful and did their best to assist us with a friendly attitude. I would love to see the hotel consider adding a Muslim-friendly breakfast variety in the future. This would cater wonderfully to travelers from the Middle East and other Muslim-majority countries staying at CNHOL. It's worth noting how the chefs and kitchen crew were very accommodating, patiently explaining which dishes were suitable for Muslims, showcasing their understanding and respect for different dietary needs. Despite not having amenities like a pool or kids' play area, the hotel's service and attention to detail made up for it. The rooms were clean, and the overall comfort matched that of a much higher-rated hotel. The staff's dedication to providing an excellent guest experience was evident and made our stay memorable. This hotel proves that you don't need luxury facilities to offer a top-notch experience; sometimes, it's all about the service and hospitality, which here were simply outstanding.
