In the pictures the room looks attractive whereas reality is totally different. The rooms are having very bad odour, the floor is broken, bathroom are dirty. Highly not recommended.

Generally speaking, the environment at the Berman Hotel I booked in Guilin was much better. This time in Shenzhen, I personally felt that the environment was not good. The sink was in the room for the first time... not placed separately in the bathroom...

從酒店開業以來算是多年入住，最近兩年部分房間破舊，偶爾被開到破一點的房間也覺得無所謂，下次和前台提醒一下不要再給那個房間就好了。去年是遇到酒店前台各種不禮貌窺探別人私隱，這次入住明明是中午就過來辦理入住，等了半個多小時沒有安排上房間，安排房間的時候也提醒了前台儘量幫忙安排好一點的房間，結果當天那麼早的時間辦理入住，甚至提醒過的，給我安排了布草間加電梯口旁的一個非常密閉通風不好隔音不好，每個人經過都有聲音，阿姨聊天的聲音，打掃衞生的聲音等等，這種感覺無敵糟糕和崩潰。無奈好多入住這個酒店的人要麼就是因為考試，要麼就是和我一樣吧，如果可以有其他選擇，儘量就避開這家酒店吧。

在網上看好到店再下單，到了店員讓我掃**碼會優惠，我掃的過程中，店員在操作電腦，然後我掃了之後發現比網上貴我直接app訂好了，返回app下單發現店員已經改高價格了！這就讓人很不愉快，這種行為真的噁心了！不是太晚了都直接走人了，還有用了大毛巾後才發現大毛巾有黃色污漬，長期住酒店第一次給差評

接近200元的房間，浴室不下水，還往上冒水和冒蚊子的！坐在馬桶上是面壁（臉的正前方緊貼着浴室的玻璃）！！房間窗外是兩條鐵路軌道，無縫銜接，下面剛走一輛，上面又走一輛！！！隔音是沒有的，隔壁間説話聲吵死了！！！！根本沒法休息！！！！！

考試入住的，整體很好，裏面很乾凈衞生，服務人員的服務也很好。本來要12點退房，因為要考試所以商量可以不可以晚點，後面給延遲了一個小時。

鋭評：在攜程上點了無煙房，結果房間裏煙味還是很重，房間裏的毛巾甚至還有煙味，到處都是臭的，酒店的上層就是娛樂場所，周圍有高鐵路線有時候會很吵，但是沒有房間裏的空調吵，那空調不冷開16度還是那點温度又吵又熱（個人比較怕熱平常都開23度），隔音也不好，樓道和電梯裏也全是煙味…酒店大樓外觀上看起來很老，酒店的位置不能説很偏，也很方便，附近也有地鐵，周邊是工地也不能説位置很好吧…其他的設施還算齊全，電風吹礦泉水燒水壺啥的也有。總之一晚上沒睡好，建議臨時需要住宿的朋友來畢竟價格挺實惠的了，要住兩三四天的就算了吧

被子枕套很臟，房間不知道多久沒住過人了，被子上還有爬動的小蟲蟲和不知道身體哪裡的毛髮，yue，讓阿姨來換被單，阿姨來了還陰陽我們説把房間搞太亂了，在那裡不耐煩給我們換被罩，難道你讓我們睡有蟲子爬動的被罩嗎？退一萬步講，酒店阿姨打掃房間衞生不是應該的嗎，再者我們並沒有像那些沒有素質的客人一樣搞得很臟很亂啊，不就是把那個有蟲子和毛髮的被罩放到沙發上了嗎？這也要被陰陽真是服了，也能看出來這酒店管理是真的差，難道房間要是不怎麼亂你們阿姨就不打掃了嗎？
照片忘了拍了，反正其他評價也是有一些衞生不好的照片的，自己品，反正不推薦，非常不推薦，再也不回來深圳龍崗這邊住酒店了 ，辣雞
