Hotel is at convenient location, easy to get an uber / didi, close to some popular malls in shenzhen. Hotel room is clean ans spacious, with bedroom, living room, dining area and open kitchen, there’s even washing machine, stove and microwave, very good value of price. Robort available to deliver meituan order.
However, one thing i was not quite satisfied was the air conditioning. On one hand i could not control setting warm or cold air, as they centralized the function, the air conditioning smelt bad.

Hotel is far from city. There is nothing around. All dark small unpleasant streets. Nearest station is 1km away. There are no taxis.
Facility has pool but not open in rainy days. No sauna either. Room is renovated but a standard small room nothing special. Towels are worn out. Staff has no expression. Cold welcome.
I don’t recommend this hotel. .
