The hotel is great! Clean, modern, the room is confortable, the bathroom fantastic, huge shower. My only complaints are: 1) terrible wi-fi service, slow, very slow. 2) the breakfast was horrible! The hotel is in Shenzhen, a huge city in Guangdong, we should at least expect several kinds of dim sum. The hotel provided 2 types of dim sum, bread (only butter, no jelly), vegetables, fruits and noodles. No fried eggs, no bacon, no beef, no chicken….. it felt like the breakfast area is run by a different company.

I booked a room at short notice for a meeting. The price at the front desk was high, so I was recommended to book from Ctrip. They said I could get points and new member discounts. I downloaded the booking and upgraded the room for me. Thumbs up!
