Booked 3 rooms. This is one of them. Super spacious. Nice design. Clean. Bed is comfy. Robot service. Free laundry. Usb charging port. Smart TV. Panoramic city view. Close to metro station. Suitable for family 2 adults 2 kids.
Location just opposite Dongmen East Gate Shopping Mall. Considered convenient for shopping and eating. Need to cross a super busy traffic road.
Another is that the shower room has no door to close, water was coming out to the toilet bowl area, the floor wet and slippery.
Although it's rated 4* hotel but the front desk is on the 15th floor. No staff to welcome arrival or serve to carry luggage.
Got a free gift. Late night porridge arrives but forgot about it. Overall, satisfied.

The hotel is located very closed to the East Gate Old Street with so many choices of restaurant and shop. The receptionist and staff respond quickly to my demands and inquiries. One of their strengths compared to other premium hotel is the free laundry service, no coin or payment required. The washed and dried clothes would be delivered to your room prior to the checkout. Highly recommended!

Convenient in all ways. Ended up providing more services ro make sure that I was confortable with my two children who found the hotel a home away from home. All hotel attendants are lovely and we loved the breakfast diversity and extended time. Keep it up we look forward to visit again.
