The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel l is conveniently surrounded by numerous restaurants
Minus:
The room could benefit from a deep clean . I was waken up by secondhand smoke from next door guest, even though the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy that doesn't seem to be consistently enforced. When I raised this concern with the staff, they mentioned they couldn't detect any odors, which was a bit disappointing. 😒🤷♀️

Avoid pitfalls. The facilities in the house are old, the service attitude is very poor, and the smell of smoke is very strong in the corridor. When I went there was a girl working the night shift at the front desk. There was a sewage smell in the house. I asked the front desk to change the room. The front desk said, "Why is there a smell? Why can't I smell it? You have been here for so long and I can't change it for you. Otherwise, this house will not be rented out today." In fact, I just entered the house less than half an hour ago. Why does the sewer smell like this? In addition, there were only two small 300ml bottles of water in the room, and I drank them all. I asked the front desk to bring me a bottle of water, but the person told me that they only provide two small bottles of water a day and they could not give me any more. I originally booked a room for two days and thought about canceling the reservation for the next day, but was rejected by the hotel. I called Ctrip’s official customer service and the cancellation was successful. What I said is not a lie. If you see this, you must choose this hotel carefully.
