We stayed at The St. Regis Shenzhen to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt personal, genuine, and full of warmth. A heartfelt thank-you to Chief Butler Faust and his team, especially Alice, for making our stay so special. Every detail was thoughtful — from the elegant room and beautiful view to the surprise anniversary room decoration and the genuine care they showed throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by inviting us to experience the signature saber-opening champagne ritual, which made our celebration truly unforgettable!

A perfect 5 nights Stay Thanks to a Fantastic Team Checked in close to midnight, the reception was fast and seamless. One staff went at length (forgot to write down his name as we were too tired), to offer help to set up internet and get room service as we missed our dinner due to flight delays. We are impressed with the helpful concierge, smiley cleaners, and the attentive breakfast team—everyone was friendly, professional, and made our stay wonderful. A truly well-run establishment! Though the hotel is not at CBU but taxis are easily available, and KK Mall next door provides the convenience. The view from the room is fantastic

The butler service was excellent and bell boy.. They made a great effort to ensure my husband’s birthday was a memorable one. Their attentiveness and thoughtful touches truly stood out. We’re now heading to our next destination — the St. Regis in Macau — with wonderful memories from this stay.

Shenzhen St Regis hotel is always my favorite hotel in which we prefer to have short staycation there. The main reason is that the hotel is very tall and the lowest floor is at 75F. The time, thank you so much to Jimmy and Alice for their good arrangement. Thanks for their room upgrade to have better and natural view. Alice is the favourite butler I have met at St Regis. She always serves me very well. She is professional and experienced. Thank you so much and hope to see Jimmy and Alice again.
