Great service - but I think the breakfast buffet could use a little more variety instead of congee, rice, boiled eggs.
I love the friendly Border Collie that lives on site and is happy to greet guests when they return down in the lobby.

首先我想誇讚和感謝8月10日那一天，晚上工作的那位戴眼鏡的高高的美麗的前台工作人員，非常有耐心，非常熱情。我的手受了點傷，但人生地不熟，打電話給前台，幫我問酒精碘伏，而且把兩個創可貼送到房間門口，應該是801吧，有些忘記了。 非常感謝，忘記當面問您貴姓了，有些可惜，希望您能看到我的感謝。
設施：設施還不錯，房間不大，但是設施齊全，洗澡的沐浴露洗髮膏也是單獨小瓶裝的，非常好!
衞生：最開始入住，由於衞生沒有打掃好，我在其他房間等待。打掃後進入自己的房間，很乾凈，床單被罩沒有任何問題，乾淨。8.10日白天的前台也挺有耐心。
環境：酒店有早餐，種類還可以。我是第一次到深圳來，感覺附近不算太繁華，但毗鄰地鐵站、公交站，出行方便。
服務：酒店服務很好，再次感謝8.10日晚上那位前台女士。另外，我遇見的打掃客房衞生的工作人員也很有禮貌!
總體非常滿意，短時間可能不會再去深圳，如果明年或者其他時候去深圳，依然願意選擇這家酒店。
