Excellent service! Great breakfast! The room also big size. Facilities awesome! The staffs there are very friendly and helping. Ms. Yolanda and few staffs also help me a lot looking for my jacket that i thought i left it in the hotel.

Hotel was far from city center but it was big spacious. My son enjoyed the bath tub too much. Hotel went above and beyond with a little good luck gift package for my son and a cake for my husband's bday. They even designed the bed upon arrival. My son's only concern was there was no bidet. Buffet food was really good. Wide assortment. Dinner was top notch (foie gras, fresh sashimi)

The air conditioning is not work and the TV signal is not worth. It is quite not the standard of crown plaza. luckily the staff are keen to fix it. It is not that help and the feeling got better

Excellent hotel with a fantastic restaurant, great location and superb leisure facilities. Perhaps most importantly, it has so much charm despite its size, making for a great stay.

Staying for graduation my son at the chinese university of hongkong shenzhen.
Location not to far and easy to go there by bus.

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops.
Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

It was a super nice stay especially when you arrived at the hotel at 11 pm (exhausted) and the receptionist welcomed you with an upgrade to suite.
