Magnolia Hotel

Facilities: Very poor. There was no hot water in the hotel at twelve o'clock, and there was no water in the shower at all. I called the front desk and was informed that the hot water pipe was broken and it would take an hour or two before hot water was available. There was also feedback that there was no water in the shower. Only a security guard came to check the situation and said that he could arrange a shower in the next room, but nothing happened in the end. (ps: The room next door also has cold water!) Cleanliness: Very poor. There are no disposable slippers and the toothbrushes are all used. The sheets and quilts were damp, and the door couldn't be locked. Service: Very poor. It doesn't solve the problem at all, five-star service, four-star hotel, it's really funny.

The hotel is nice, but I don’t understand why I didn’t occupy someone else’s car space when I parked in your parking lot on the first day. I didn’t take it seriously when there were oil stains on the car windows. When I got home, I discovered that the car roof was completely stained. It's oil. The car wash guy said it was oil that was poured on it. Where did the oil come from?

太差了，進去一看沙發發黃，半夜三更還有一幫人在走廊吵鬧，我訂的是中午3點退房的，退房的時候收銀員居然跟我説要五星好評才可以3點退房，就這種賓館級別的酒店好意思要五星好評
