The service at the front desk was great especially Ms Mei( i hope i got her name correct but i will post her name written on the hotel’s name card.) She was very helpful and efficient, always smiling and ready to help…Love her! The rooms were surprisingly clean, new and comfortable. There’s food near the hotel just walk out and you’ll find many restaurants and little old shops that sells great snacks. Supermarkets and convenience stores are aplenty near the hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I like their robot service very much. The room service is great! When I requested for a shaver, the robot delivered fast and communicated with me politely 👍 It's very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager showed us around, and the assistant manager, Mr Chen helped us to book didi car service. He also helped to load our luggage into the car. Mr Chen can speak English as well, overall a pleasant experience. Very excellent! 👍
