The location is a bit far from the subway, but it is convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is OK. When I checked in, I was informed that I would wake up easily. The female front desk attendant gave me a very quiet room. Thank you. There is a large shopping mall next to it. There are also restaurants nearby. There is a Teochew beef noodle shop with very high quality food. Thumbs up!

Very bad, I don't recommend staying here, because I don't know what the people living next door are doing. They were still making a lot of noise at around 3am. I was woken up in my room and could hear it clearly. I called the front desk but no one answered, so I went to ask them to be quiet myself. The water flow in the toilet is not smooth and is very small. It takes half a day to fill the water tank. There is a hissing sound during this time. There are also hairs on the toilet lid. The hygiene is poor. There are hairs on the floor and sink when you enter the room. They are not cleaned properly.
The soundproofing is not good, and the dripping air conditioner upstairs is very noisy.
