Golden Lustre is an old hotel with a very good location. However, it needs a spruce up urgently. There is that 'old hotel smell' once one enters the lobby.
The room feels damp and I found two German cockroaches in the bathroom!
No, sorry this is one hotel to avoid!

All staff is super nice, we booked a family connect room, room is big but the hotel is old, the carpet full with filth, and the room smell bad.. location is very convenient, starbuck is near by there also. Those who plan to go in the near future, must think before your trip, guests staying at the hotel now will be closely screened, the staff will ask for all document of the person who stayinglikkk there, and ask for photo together, im feel abit weird about this..overall we feel I am very satisfied with the hotel, except for the hygiene, but if someone who dont care about the cleaness , this would be a good choice.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. There's a subway station right next to the hotel which is really convenient. The room was clean and cosy. It would be better if the staff speaks better English.
