I recently stayed at this and wanted to share my experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic—conveniently situated near major shopping and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.
However, I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed unhelpful at times and could have been more attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the facilities were not up to par; I expected more in terms of amenities and maintenance.
On a positive note, the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. The common areas and my room were kept tidy, which was appreciated.
Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service and facilities would significantly enhance the experience.
