老城區改造的公寓酒店，設施供應一般，及設施已殘舊了，還是用80-90年代的木門，樓下食肆及超市方便，公交站也在附近，這個價錢也沒可要說的，一分錢一分負

根本不是酒店，只是賓館，而且是環境非常惡劣的賓館，照片與現實相差太遠。地方人流混雜，房間環境衛生十分惡劣，床單被套都是污跡，甚至有兩攤血跡，酒店隔音也非常差，門外有人經過的聲音都聽到，而且半夜有很多醉酒的人在走廊徘徊，一直發出非常大的噪音，整晚沒有睡過，安全問題嚴重，不建議大家入住。

房間有異味，桌子就是小小的，沒有一次性拖鞋，被子也有異味，雙床房廁所門關上還有個大縫隙直對床，12月了，洗澡水都是温的，一點也不熱，性價比很低。

房間隔音很差，牆壁是木板隔的，裝修很舊，整個房間一股子廁所湧出來的異味，體驗感很差，整個酒店像迷宮一樣，很離譜

房間夠大，前台服務也還可以，就是房間隔音太差，馬桶內隱蔽處，衞生沒搞好，讓人恐怖，放筆記本電腦的桌子都找不到，衹好用牀頭櫃！
