There was no water in the room , had difficulty finding the lift so we climbed the stairs but later saw there was a lift going up

This hotel is very close to Luohu Port. The hotel has a good location. The transportation is very convenient whether going to the city center or tourist attractions. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and comfortable, especially the bedding is clean and tidy. Xiao He at the front desk has a good service attitude. I will choose it next time I come to Shenzhen.
