Helpful, friendly & caring staff (Felix, etc). Nice gym, sauna and swimming pool. Clean and good room design. Have great shopping malls of lots good food nearby.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect, situated close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation, making it extremely convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The room was impeccable—spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and offering a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were thoughtful, including high-quality toiletries, a spacious work desk, and good Wi-Fi.
The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The gym was well-equipped, clean, and maintained to a high standard. The overall ambiance of the hotel was modern, elegant, and inviting.
A special thank you to Emily and Niki at the reception, who provided outstanding service. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Beautiful mountain view and pool. Located right next to a metro station and a mall with endless number of dining options. Only two metro stops from the Shen zhen North railway station.

Genpla has been my go-to hotel for a few years. The environment is quiet and traveler friendly. Subway is right downstairs (line 5) and the hotel is connected to two shopping malls. Yaki attended to us this time and she had been one of the most accommodating people I've met in this hotel. She's very polite and friendly, and her service attitude made our pleasant stay even better. The hotel is quiet, rooms are clean. Will definitely come back next time. 😊

Decent location. Easy to find above a shopping mall. Another shopping mall very nearby, so a lot of options if you need something to eat. Pretty close go Shenzhen Zoo. Big rooms, but the bathroom was not as clean as one would've hopped. Would stay there again.
