I was so impressed by the incredible team at the hotel. Ranging from the photographer Alan, the housemaster and incredible reception team - we were looked after all along the way. I surprised my wife for her birthday and the team made it a perfect stay, even helping decorate the room, arranging champagne in the room on arrival. The food was delicious and the view was outstanding. What a lovely location and memories made!! Thank you!!

The location is great. Staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms and premises are clean and description of the room, view, size etc. is accurate. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great staycation experience ... And also the food is great..

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. What a great introduction to Shenzhen. I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much for all your help and love for me and my son. Then I would also like to thank JC for the beautiful photos. They way he directed us while taking photos - so professional! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in China :)

This hotel is amazing.
There are butler service is amazing and very quick, the young staff have very good manners and are attentive.
The view of hotel is breathe taking.
Their breakfast very healthy and delicious

Hotel was relatively clean. Did not have much facilities in the resort maybe due to the Chinese new year holidays. Service by the staff was awesome. They did introduce me to a seafood restaurant which was not related to the resort which gave me a bad case of food poisoning. But I can't blame them though. They did take care of me by giving me medication and checking up on me on my condition. Oh ya. I actually came 1 day before my actual booking and they managed to give me my room still. Thumbs up to all the staff of santorini.

Beautiful and serene environment. The service is top tier. The people or community is amazing. A girl did not have to lift a finger. The rooms are clean and Leon•Vision the photographer is respectful, cool and pectacular to work with. Made me feel like a model for the time duration of the photoshoot. This was my perfect birthday retreat ＜3
