This hotel needs Cleaning Service for everything. Rooms were dirty and smells of smoking everywhere. Toilet was smelling so bad it has strange smell. We changed the room 2 times. all rooms were dirty. Even if they upgraded us.
Stuff were very helpful and kind. they are trying to help us as much as they can. I don’t recommend you to stay in this hotel because it’s really dirty.

A nice hotel with big projector. Kids love the projector so much. Room is big enough for eating and playing inside.

Floor carpet should be vacuum quite normal so much hairs of look closely. Other than that its very good, for me. Safe to travel since only able to access those floors with room card. this is my second stay.

I am very satisfied with the room. The space is large and the projection quality is very good. The children like it very much. I like the bar more. A few people can sit together to eat snacks and chat.
The service at the front desk is also good. The surrounding businesses and subway stations are very convenient. Parking is cheap and there are charging parking spaces. The tall girl at the front desk is also nice and easy to communicate with.

The room was clean, the bed, smart toilet and shower facilities were all satisfactory. The location is very good, close to Bihaiwan Metro Station, and the next stop is the Airport Metro Station. The transportation is very convenient, especially for guests who want to go to the airport.
Situation that needs improvement: I booked a 4-person room with two double beds, but the hotel only provided toothbrushes, slippers, towels, bath towels, pajamas, etc. for 2 people. It is neither reasonable nor considerate! In addition, the sound insulation of the room still needs to be improved.
All in all, the personality ratio is good. If the above deficiencies can be improved, I will consider coming back next time I go to the airport.
