Just walkable distance to the beach and the waterfront pathway. Comfortable stay. Basic amenities are provided. Must stay with an economic price.

The apartment is very close to the dameisha beach, only 5 min. walking. The landlord is very nice and friendly. She responded quickly to all our questions. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Even the MTR station Dameisha is at walkable distance (5 min).
The kitchen needs a renovation, but it did not bother us as we had all our meals outside. There is so much choice for everyone. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so we had to mop the floor quite often to keep the bathroom and toilet dry. Other than that, we loved everything about the apartment!

I have two days off. I suddenly want to go out for a walk alone. I am just a girl going to Shenzhen for a short trip. Anyway, Hong Kong is close. It took me a long time to find this apartment with no negative reviews. Because I am not sure about the location, I called the landlady. The landlady helped me upgrade to a large room with three beds. She said that the view was better and it was easier to see the sea. The landlady was very polite and responded quickly on WeChat. She was also very efficient in helping to solve the problem👍 👍 👍But to be honest, it’s a bit scary for a girl to live in such a big room😂 I’ll stay there next time when I have time.
